DE-ICE BOOT REFURBISHMENT is JetReady’s specialized appearance-care service for pneumatic de-ice boots that have become dull, chalky, stained or uneven from environmental exposure and routine aircraft operation.
The process begins with controlled cleaning to remove surface contamination and accumulated residue, followed by appropriate conditioning and finishing products selected for compatibility with aircraft de-ice boot materials.
The goal is to restore a cleaner, darker and more uniform appearance while helping maintain the professional presentation of the aircraft’s leading-edge surfaces.
Because de-ice boots are functional aircraft components, JetReady treats them differently from ordinary exterior trim. Our service is focused on cleaning, conditioning and cosmetic appearance care and does not replace inspection, repair or maintenance of the pneumatic de-icing system.
