POLYMER SEALANT / PROTECTIVE WAX is JetReady’s shorter-term aircraft paint protection service designed to enhance gloss while creating a sacrificial layer between the painted surface and routine environmental contamination.
Applied to a properly cleaned and prepared aircraft exterior, the protection helps reduce the direct exposure of the finish to insects, grime, airborne contamination, moisture and the demanding conditions associated with regular aircraft operations.
Depending on the aircraft, paint condition and manufacturer guidance, JetReady can use an appropriate polymer sealant or protective wax system to provide a refined finish without committing the aircraft to a long-term ceramic coating.
