JetReady Introduces Redesigned JR DETAILCARD, a Custom 12-Month Aircraft Appearance Management Program.
AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS ARE PLANNED.
APPEARANCE CARE SHOULD BE TOO.
Built around one registered aircraft, the program coordinates protection, recurring care, specialized services and priority scheduling across 12 months.
Annual enrollment is limited to 25 aircraft to protect service capacity and program quality.
TAMPA BAY, Fla. — Aircraft operations are planned. Appearance care should be too.
JetReady Detailing LLC has introduced the redesigned JR DETAILCARD, a customizable 12-month aircraft protection and appearance-management program built around one registered aircraft.
The new model replaces a predetermined annual bundle with an aircraft-specific program. Owners, operators, flight departments and aircraft management companies can configure the protection, recurring care and specialized appearance services appropriate for the aircraft instead of accepting the same service quantities for every operating profile.
One aircraft. One year. One structured appearance program.
“Aircraft operators already plan around utilization, maintenance and schedule. Appearance care deserves the same discipline,” said Ihosvany Diaz, Owner and CEO of JetReady Detailing LLC. “We redesigned DETAILCARD so the aircraft—not a preset package—determines the program. The goal is continuity: the right appearance care planned across the year, supported by the service capacity to deliver it.”
The Missing Layer Between Individual Details
Aircraft appearance care is often purchased when a visible need demands attention. Exterior buildup leads to a wash. Cabin use leads to an interior service. Brightwork loses clarity, paint requires revitalization or an existing protection system reaches the point when another decision must be made.
Each appointment can solve the immediate issue. It does not necessarily create a plan for what comes next.
That transaction-by-transaction model can produce repeated inspections, quotes, approvals and scheduling decisions throughout the year. More importantly, no single plan connects the aircraft’s protection system, exterior wash cadence, cabin care, specialized services and presentation standard.
The problem is not simply that aircraft get dirty. It is that appearance care can remain fragmented while the rest of the operation is managed intentionally.
JR DETAILCARD is designed to close that gap.
Why a Fixed Bundle Is the Wrong Fit for Different Aircraft
No two aircraft operate under identical conditions. A frequently flown charter aircraft does not have the same cabin activity, scheduling window or presentation demands as a hangared owner-flown aircraft. Exposure, utilization, aircraft type, current surface condition, existing protection and the operator’s preferred service cadence all influence the appropriate plan.
A fixed package may allocate services where they are not needed while leaving other priorities underplanned. DETAILCARD takes the opposite approach: start with the aircraft, establish the protection path and build the annual care structure from there.
Every DETAILCARD begins with a qualifying protection foundation—JetReady Ceramic, JetReady Polymer or verified active existing ceramic or polymer protection. A protection-based exterior wash minimum is then established, and the client selects eligible recurring and specialized services and quantities around the aircraft’s needs.
Available program elements may include:
Exterior maintenance washes
QUICKTURN appearance services
Complete interior detailing
Carpet and upholstery care
Brightwork
De-ice boot refurbishment where applicable
Paint revitalization
Polymer or ceramic protection
Other aircraft-specific appearance services approved for the program
Not every aircraft requires every service. That is the point.
How JR DETAILCARD Works
Clients begin with the JR DETAILCARD Smart Builder, which identifies the aircraft and its primary Florida location before guiding the client through protection, annual care, specialized services, scheduling preferences and payment structure.
The Builder is the configuration tool—not the program itself. After submission, JetReady verifies the aircraft and reviews the proposed configuration before issuing the final agreement and invoice. No payment information is collected through the Builder at submission.
The 12-month term begins with the aircraft’s Initial Service or Initial Restoration. From that activation date, the agreed services and program benefits remain available for the term, subject to the JR DETAILCARD agreement and scheduling requirements.
Clients may pay the annual program in full or use JetReady’s structured payment option. This provides an alternative for clients whose program begins with higher-value services such as ceramic protection, paint revitalization, polymer protection or other qualifying initial appearance work, rather than requiring the entire annual program investment at the outset.
The program also provides preferred DETAILCARD pricing compared with the applicable standalone JetReady services reflected in the configuration.
Enrolled aircraft receive priority access within JetReady’s operating schedule. Appointments remain subject to confirmation and operational availability, with rush, after-hours, weekend and holiday support available when operations allow.
If the aircraft changes ownership during the term, the remaining DETAILCARD may transfer with the registered aircraft under the program’s transfer provisions. The original client remains responsible until the new owner formally assumes the agreement.
The transfer structure reinforces a central principle of DETAILCARD: the program is built around the aircraft.
From Reactive Appointments to Managed Continuity
Proactive appearance management does not mean placing every aircraft on an arbitrary calendar. It means defining the appropriate care in advance, coordinating it with the aircraft’s operating schedule and maintaining continuity with one responsible provider.
That structure gives owners and operators a clearer view of what is planned for the year. It reduces the need to begin a new buying process for each appearance event. It also gives JetReady better continuity with the aircraft’s protection, surface history, service cadence and presentation expectations.
The objective is straightforward: maintain presentation and protection through planned care instead of repeatedly returning to restoration after appearance has visibly declined.
JR DETAILCARD is an aircraft appearance-care program. It does not replace manufacturer instructions, required inspections, corrective maintenance or the responsibilities of an aircraft owner, operator or maintenance provider.
Why Enrollment Is Limited to 25 Aircraft
Priority scheduling has value only when the capacity behind it is protected.
Every DETAILCARD aircraft commits recurring crew time, travel, materials and schedule availability throughout its 12-month term. JetReady therefore limits annual enrollment to 25 aircraft so the company can protect the service standard, scheduling access and program attention promised to enrolled clients.
The limit is operational, not artificial.
As JetReady expands qualified crew, equipment and regional operating capacity, the program can expand responsibly. Enrollment will not be increased simply to accept more accounts than the operation can support.
Why JetReady
Aircraft is JetReady’s sole specialty.
Based in Tampa Bay and serving aircraft throughout Florida, JetReady provides mobile aircraft detailing and appearance-management services for private aircraft owners, charter operators, flight departments, FBOs, brokers and aviation partners.
JetReady is ADA Certified, fully insured and structured for mobile work in ramp and hangar environments. Its services include rinse-less exterior care, interior detailing, belly and landing-gear degreasing, brightwork, paint revitalization, protective systems and aircraft make-ready support.
JR DETAILCARD extends that aircraft-focused operating model across a full year. It is designed to make JetReady accountable not only for the quality of an individual service, but also for the continuity of the aircraft’s agreed appearance program.
Configure the Annual Program Around the Aircraft
JR DETAILCARD is available for eligible aircraft in Florida under JetReady’s program terms. Enrollment remains open until the annual capacity of 25 aircraft is allocated.
Owners, operators, flight departments and aircraft management companies can use the JR DETAILCARD Smart Builder to configure a proposed annual program based on their aircraft and appearance requirements.
JetReady will verify the aircraft and configuration before activation.
